Better Fit for Difficult-to-fit Faces
First, since the IdealFIT 100 is made-to-measure for your face it provides the fastest way to pass a face fit test with flying colours particularly if your face isn’t a good fit for standard sizes: small, medium or large.
Greater Comfort During Use
Second, because the IdealFIT 100 is made-to-measure for your face using soft materials, including neoprene head straps, it is comfortable to wear, minimises chafing and pressure points, and seals properly at the nose bridge avoiding safety goggle fog.
Better Care and Ownership
Third, every mask has a unique code, including your initials, making it easy to identify at work and for maintenance record keeping. The IdealFIT 100 comes with a robust storage box with your name on it so you can look after it and stop it getting deformed or contaminated.
Enhanced Feeling of Being Valued
Fourth, if you get a made-to-measure, personalised piece of PPE you are going to feel that your employer cares about your well-being. Your Health and Safety team are doing their best for you so show them some love!

If your employees have to wear a half-mask
give them one made for each individual
The new British Standard, a guide for selecting inclusive PPE, BS 30417, published in September 2025, makes this an ideal time to consider personalised respiratory protection.
The British Standards Institution (BSI) has developed this guide to ensure that employers select PPE that provides proper fit, comfort and protection without regard to gender, body shape, ethnicity or religious factors.
Made-to-measure masks tailored to accommodate the needs of various workers ensure universal fit. This approach guarantees a proper fit for everyone that fulfils the essential requirements of selecting inclusive PPE.
By choosing Mask Logic made-to-measure, half-mask respirators you deliver inclusivity through a blend of innovative technology and a dedication to wearer safety and equitable access.

Inclusive. Compliant.
Ready for the future.
Do you wear a half-mask respirator for work?
If your mask is more comfortable you're less likely to take it off when you shouldn't
Respiratory protective equipment (RPE) is the last line of defence against work-related lung disease. Thousands of people die from work-related lung diseases every year, in many cases due to exposures that took place many years before.
Diseases like, asbestosis, silicosis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma, emphysema and even lung cancer, all cause severe, often incurable, health problems that can ruin lives.
Yet, as far back as 2010 research commissioned by HSE found: “Discomfort (restrictive, sweaty), especially over long periods of use” to be a key factor in Respiratory Protective Equipment misuse among workers (HSE:RR798).
Mask Logic made-to-measure, half-mask respirators ensure user comfort by eliminating pressure points and irritation particularly if worn for extended periods.
Personalised, comfortable half-masks encourage users to follow safety protocols, look after their masks and use them when they should.

Comfort matters
Mask Logic’s mission is to produce the most comfortable masks, individually fitted to a person’s face, regardless of gender, race, or other variants of facial contour.
With Mask Logic you can make sure everyone in your workforce benefits from a great face fit, first time, providing similar levels of protection and comfort for every individual regardless of face shape.
Providing made-to-measure protective equipment makes a bold statement about how you care for your employees.
If you give your employees a made-to-measure mask that provides great protection and comfort, they are more likely to wear the masks, when and how they should and look after them.

The case for comfort
Ken Stewart, plastic surgeon and joint founder of Mask Logic, explains:
“During the Covid 19 pandemic respiratory protective FFP3 face-masks were found to be ill-fitting and uncomfortable during long shifts.
Staff often experienced discomfort and pain particularly over the nose and cheek bones where there is little soft tissue covering hard bony parts.
We realised that by combining the modern technologies of 3D imaging and the 3D printing of soft materials we could create bespoke masks, shaped to the contour of individual faces."
